Roy D. Youngman has over 30 years of information technology experience, both as a management consultant and as an industry executive. He has had multi-million dollar P&L responsibilities and supervised large departments effectively, but he is also experienced and comfortable with entrepreneurial ventures. Roy’s career has an emphasis on strategic planning, process improvement, statistical process control, facilitation, organizational change management, systems and data architecture, systems development, and project management. He received his degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and was a contributing author of Development Effectiveness: Strategies for IS Organizational Transition (John Wiley, 1994).
